    Mostly the cameras work as my expectations. Because I don’t want the power cable visible, I put camera inside bay window to watch front entrance. How ever only one camera can trigger motion behind window. The other one has to be installed out side, it only triggers motion directly. I called the customer support, I was told it was not designed to use behind window. Another issue is that revo web site says 2 years warranty, while the document in the box indicates 1 year . The customer support got my email address and promise d send me right document with 2 years warranty. After 3 days, I am still looking at my email, It is not there yet.

    I have this system for 2 weeks. It is good system. pro 1, Easy to install. Follow the instruction connect them, works. Can be monitored by phone and pc, received alarm messages, talk to the visitor; 2, Good cameras, day and night vision very clear; 3, Good price; 4, No service fee, because use included SD card; 5, Good support. Revo helped me download right software online and installed on my PC very quick. When I was not satisfied with one camera, I got replacement easily and free of charge, and reset or add new device are easy. And online chat is very convenient to reach Revo and get solutions. Con 1, the software should be updated to fix bug. Last night a camera triggered 4 times, I only got alarm message once. 2, the night vision can not trigger more than 30′; 3, Only one camera can trigger motion behind a window. ( only one works between 2pm to 4pm, maybe because of light condition, the replaced one same as before, no trigger behind window. I understand) ; 4, I still need more work to do – install it outdoor in a very high position and hide the power cable. That was the reason why I tried put it indoor behind window to watch outside.
    TO save money, it does not have cloud storage. On the other hand if fire or some others destroy the gateway/sd card, there is no way to view the records.

    System was relatively easy to set up. Resolution is better than I expected, and not getting many “false” alerts. My main complaint is there is basically no user manual, and I don’t find the app extremely intuitive.

    Best cameras excellent system I took them out of the package they where of excellent quality like when you pick up a Rolex I would recommend this camera especially for the price
